Ilinca Florian

Born in Bucharest in 1983 and raised in Austria, Ilinca Florian has lived in Berlin since 2007. She played at the GRIPS Theater, studied at Die DFFB (Die Deutschen Film-und Fernsehakademie Berlin [The German Film and Television Academy Berlin]) and works as a copywriter and scriptwriter. For “Wolken Wollen” (“Wanting Clouds”), she received the screenplay prize for the sehsüchte International Student Film Festival. For the tragicomedy “Blind und Hässlich” (“Blind and Ugly”) developed by Director Tom Lass at the 2017 Filmfest München, she was awarded a prize from the International Critics Association.
